Stand prices
As an exhibitor, you can choose between three types of visibility at VeloDays 2026.
The most used is a stand at VeloDays, where you have space in the large hall for the fair during the weekend.
If you don’t need an actual stand, you can choose a Walk & Talk space, which only provides access to a smaller area of approximately 4 m2 for a couple of roll-ups and possibly a cafe table.

Register before July 1, 2026 and save 20% on booth prices. Enter the code VD20pct when booking.
Fee
All exhibitors with stands will be charged a registration fee of DKK 1,995.
The amount covers power outlets, electricity consumption, administration and marketing.
“Raw” floor space is sold
All stands at VeloDays are sold for “raw” floor space.
The floor in Arena Randers is a traditional sports hall surface with markings for lanes, etc.
Additional services such as carpets, walls and furniture must be ordered and paid for through our partner.
